Shipping & Delivery

Products: The estimated shipping date/time will be provided on the checkout page or in the order status email within 24 hours. For further details, you can reach out to support@gbuy.in with your order number.

Services: Service delivery confirmation will be sent to your registered email ID. If you encounter any issues, please contact support@gbuy.in with your order number.

Pre-Order/Back-Order Booking: We are not responsible for any delays in product delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that purchased products are delivered to you on time and within the specified timeline, you acknowledge that deliveries may be delayed due to:
(a) Logistical issues beyond our control.
(b) Unfavourable weather conditions.
(c) Political disruptions, strikes, or employee lockouts.
(d) Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Return & Refund

If the delivered item is physically damaged, defective, different from its description on the product detail page, or has missing parts/accessories, it qualifies for a free replacement or full refund.

To initiate a return, please call our customer care or email support@gbuy.in on the same day of delivery.

For a smooth return process, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if applicable).

Products with Brand/Manufacturer Warranty: Repairs or replacements will be handled as per the brand’s warranty terms.

Return Reason: Ordered in Error – Not eligible for return or refund.

Cancellation

Order Verification

• Orders with sketchy or incomplete detailsmay be cancelled or may require the customer to provide additional verification to support the purchase as per our policy.
• We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious orders at our discretion.

Order Cancellation Policy

• To cancel your order before dispatch, please visit the “My Account”page or contact us at support@gbuy.in
• Orders with an “On Hold”status will be cancelled after 48 hours.

Refund on Cancellation

• Please note in case you wish to cancel your order then Payment Gateway charges will be applicable and we will refund you the amount minus the charges.
• The refund will be processed to the original payment source within 7-10 business days.
